How do I place a rental order?

You can reserve your rental items here on our website, or give us a call to make your reservation over the phone!

What is the rental period?

The prices depicted on our website include pickup of your items the day before your event, and return the day after. Longer rentals can be accommodated upon request.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We don't currently have a minimum order requirement!

How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier the better! Especially during the busy summer season, items book up quickly. We recommend a minimum of 8 weeks in advance if possible.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes! You can adjust your order up to 4 weeks in advance with no penalties or fees. You are always welcome to add more items to your order (based on availability).

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event date.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Delivery of your rented items can be organized in advance of your event. A delivery fee of $50 applies to locations within Idaho Falls and Ammon. For other destinations, a fee of $50 plus an additional $1 per mile will be assessed. We don't currently offer setup services.
