Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned party ("Renter") and Eastern Idaho Event Rentals LLC ("Provider") for the rental of the items listed below. By reading this Agreement, Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% of the total rental fee is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Liability

Renter accepts full responsibility for the safe use of the rented items. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims, injuries, or damages related to the use of the rented items.

DAMAGE

Renter is responsible for any damage to the rented items during the rental period and agrees to return each item in the condition it was received. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional charge of either: the cost to repair the item, or 75% the retail price to replace the item, whichever is less.

Pickup & Drop Off

Renter is obligated to collect the rented items on the day preceding their scheduled event between 12:00PM-6:00PM, unless the event falls on a Sunday or Monday. In such instances, alternative pickup arrangements can be coordinated for the Friday preceding the event, within the timeframe of 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The designated pickup address is 1095 E 49th N, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. A late pickup fee of $50 will be levied for any items not retrieved by 6:00 PM. Renter is expected to return the rented items the day following their event by 2:00 PM. For events occurring on Fridays or Saturdays, the designated drop-off day is Monday by 2:00 PM. A late fee will be incurred for any delayed drop-offs.

Delivery

The arrangement for the delivery and pickup of your rented items can be organized in advance of your event. A delivery fee of $50 applies to locations within Idaho Falls and Ammon. For other destinations, a fee of $50 plus an additional $1 per mile will be assessed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event date.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.

Late Fee

Rented items are anticipated to be returned on the day immediately following the conclusion of your event by 12:00PM, except in the case where the event falls on a Friday or Saturday. For events held on these days, the return deadline is 12:00 PM on the subsequent Monday. A late fee of $50 will be imposed for any delayed returns, with additional charges applied for each day the rental items remain unreturned beyond the scheduled deadline.

Clean Policy

Renter agree to return each item clean of excessive, food, dirt, and debri. If items are returned in an unsatisfactory manner, renter agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $50 per item.
